About Us
The Natural Way Health Food Store is an independent family run business that has been established in Braintree and Bishops Stortford for over 20 years. It is run by Ron, Jenny Richard Sambridge who are all qualified to Diploma level by The Institute of Health Food Retailers.
Everyone who gives advice at The Natural Way undertakes regular training to obtain recognised trade qualifications. Customer service is very important and as Ron explains. "We cannot keep every manufacture’s products on our shelves, although we do stock the best quality and value for money ranges. Therefore, we can offer to order specific products for our customers, which we can obtain within a few days. This service proves to be very popular".
The Natural Way stocks a full ranges of Herbal, Homeopathic, nutritional supplements, natural bodycare products and essential oils. For a small store, it is also extremely well stocked with all manner of tasty vegetarian and vegan food as well as delicious chilled and frozen range.
