Free Click & Collect

Free click & Collect from our Braintree shop. Place your order and you will receive an email when your goods are ready for collection. (normally with 2 hours if goods in stock)

Free Delivery on all orders over £50 (UK Only)

All orders placed over the value of £50 and shipped within the UK will be sent free of charge via Royal 48hr Tracked Delivery. This service is sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service the same day you place your order. (As long as its before 1.00pm) Monday to Thursday. Friday orders received before 1.00pm will be processed and posted the same day but may take an extra day to arrive.

Standard Delivery – via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked – 2 to 3 days

All standard online orders are delivered for a flat fee of £2.99 via Royal Mail Post. Up to 2 KG.

We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, but it may take longer at busy times. Our web dispatch team do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays; this means we do not ship on these days.

Next Day Service – via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked – 1 day

Our next day service use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service – £3.99. Up to 20 KG.

They aim to delivery all parcels within 24hr, as long as orders are placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Friday orders received before 1.00pm will be processed and posted the same day but may take an extra day to arrive.

Orders of usually large or heavy nature may incur additional postage, we will contact you to let you know if your order falls into this category and of any additional postage charges before we send your order out.

Europe and Ireland

Overseas Orders (WHEN AVAILABLE) (free delivery not available on overseas order)

Major cities in Europe should allow at least 7 days extra for delivery once the order has been processed and confirmed as shipped. We have a flat rate delivery charge of £10 to Ireland and £8.99 to all other European destinations. Our Royal Mail Special Delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you and we will always require a signature on arrival. Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the price to the flat rate charges, possible, destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.
